Rat Boy & Congo Natty for Torquay's Grinagog Festival

Rat Boy, and Congo Natty are amongst the new names for the new Grinagog Festival, which takes place in Torquay, Devon from Friday 7th to Sunday 9th April 2017.

Also newly confirmed are Serial Killaz, Hacktivist, Heck, Evarose, Drift Record Shop DJs, Cakeboy, Mixmaster Morris, Phibes, Maxxi P, DJ Hiphoppapotomus, The Carney Villians, Countryman, Spin Forth, Pragmatik, Si Chai, Phat Sam, Frighdays, AAA Badboy, Crucial Kennedy, DJ Hodguez , DJ Griff, Au Go-Go, Tiny Folds, and Dephicit & Summer Bright.

Acts already announced for the festival include headliners Akala, Slamboree, and The Mighty Jah Shaka Sound System, plus Sam Lee, Steve Davis & Kavus Torabi, and Electric Swing Circus.

Tickets are priced at £35.

Grinagog, which gets its name from an old Devonshire term for someone who is always smiling, is described as a land of music, dancing, art, mischief and perpetual grinning.

Organisers promise that a mix of musical genres will be represented across the 15 stages, ranging from Torre Abbey to the harbourside nightclubs and rock venues.

This will be alongside street performers, art installations, talks and workshops, award-winning food and outdoor pursuits.
