Madness, and Bryan Adams will headline nights at the 16th annual Eden Sessions held in the surroundings of the Eden Project in Cornwall.

Madness have been announced for Friday 16th June, and Bryan Adams will headline on on Thursday 6th July 6 2017.

Rita Broe, Eden’s marketing director, said, "Madness have earned a unique place in modern British music history and are arguably Britain’s favourite pop band – still making stand-out records. We’re sure the Nutty Boys appearing on stage at Eden will make for an unforgettable night. One step beyond brilliant!"

Rita Broe added, "Bryan Adams has been on our wish-list for many years and we are thrilled to have finally landed this legend. Seeing him play our intimate setting against the backdrop of the famous Biomes is bound to be a musical highlight of the summer of ‘17! Bryan’s catalogue of hits, old and new, will rock Eden and it’s sure to be one of our all-time great Sessions."

Tickets for Bryan Adams are priced at £60, and tickets for Madness are priced at £45. Ticket prices do not include booking fees. Tickets go on sale at 6.30pm on Thursday 22nd December, and eFestivals will have links to buy them then. Sessions Plus Packages will also be available.

Eden's Inside Track club passes cost £15 and give holders the option to buy two tickets for each Eden Session seven days before they go on general sale.

Members of the Eden Sessions Inside Track club can buy tickets from 4pm today.

A Sessions ticket entitles the ticket holder to visit the Eden Project either on the day of the concert or the day after. All proceeds from the events will go to the Eden Trust. The full dates of Sessions have not yet been announced.

The Sessions are famed not only for bringing top acts to Cornwall but also for their festival feel, with extra bands and entertainers playing around the site in the run-up to the main event. The event will have three stages featuring some of the best up-and-coming acts playing from early afternoon on each day as well as the headliners.

There is no camping allowed on site, and animals are not permitted.
