The Libertines are the latest act announced for Way Out West which takes place in Gothenburg, Sweden from Thursday 11th until Saturday 13th August 2016.

The event hosts national and international acts at venues all over the city; rock clubs, nightclubs, churches, theatres and cultural centres are all used to showcase breaking and more established acts as part of the festivals club concept, Stay Out West.

The main festival takes place in the 137 hectare park of Slottsskogen in Gothenburg on the Friday and Saturday of the festival weekend. Other acts perform at various venues in and around central Gothenburg on the Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
