Headliner Elton John, and main support Madness are the first acts to be announced for this year's Radio 2 Live in Hyde Park taking place on Sunday 11th September 2016.

The line-up for the 9th edition will feature UK and international acts on the main stage, as well as a second stage showcasing brand new talent, and a smattering of Radio 2 presenters.

Tickets are priced at £42, and children aged two and under do not need a ticket. There are also still VIP options available, and will be available from this Friday 17th June, when eFestivals will have links for you to buy them then.

Gates will open at 11am with the main stage show starting at 1:30pm, and the event will finish at approx 9.30pm.
