Hungary's Sziget which takes place on an island in the Danube, Budapest, Hungary from Wednesday 10th to Wednesday 17th August, has announced their World Music Stage programme.

Confirmed to appear on the stage are acts from all over the globe including Buika, Leningrad, Hackney Colliery Band, Goran Bregovic Wedding And Funeral Band, Rachid Taha, Pannonia All-Stars Ska Orchestra, Baro Drom Orkestar, Django Lassi, Dzambo Agusevi Orkestar, Enzo Avitabile & Bottari, Fanfare Ciocarlia, Aziza Brahim, Cimbaliband, Django Lassi, Dudu Tassa & The Kuwaitis, Fanfare Ciocarlia, Ilaria Graziano, Francesco Forni, Kultur Shock, La Dame Blanche, LA-33, Lajko Felix, Les Hurlements d Leo, Malasaners, Mau Mau, Psycho Mutants, Rupa & The April Fishes, Soviet Suprem, Systema Solar, Varttina, and The Yiddish Twist Orchestra.

They join Muse, Rihanna, Sia, Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, Jake Bugg, Molotov, Travi$ Scott, Crystal Castles, Excision, UNKLE, Jain, Wilkinson, Aurora, Dyro, Oscar & The Wolf, Tourist, Bullet For My Valentine, Roisin Murphy, David Guetta, Jess Glynne, The Last Shadow Puppets, The Lumineers, The Neighbourhood, Years And Years, Parkway Drive, Datsik, K.I.Z., Kovacs, Rico & Sticks, Bastille, Bloc Party, Chvrches, Sum 41, Nicky Romero, Bring Me The Horizon, John Newman, Kodaline, M83, MØ, Naughty Boy, Parov Stelar, and Sigur Ros.

Sziget Festival, (pronounced see'-get) takes place on Óbudai-sziget ("Old-Buda Island"), an island in the Danube, Budapest, Hungary. Taking place in August, the festival started as a local event in 1993 playing host to various Hungarian artists and has grown into a large European festival, showcasing over a thousand international artists, as well as the music, there is; theatre, dance, classical music, cabaret, performances, films, fine art, crafts, literary presentations, programmes for kids, sports and other free time activities.

Sziget hosts hundreds of acts and programs across more than 50 venues that will be announced in the forthcoming months.
