Corrosion of Conformity leads latest Bloodstock additions

Unearth, Ghost Bath, Evil Scarecrow, and XII Boar join the line-up

Corrosion of Conformity join the Ronnie James Dio main stage bill at this summer's Bloodstock Open Air.

The band are once again fronted by Pepper Keenan, who said, "It’s been a real pleasure after all this time to get back with the COC lads and start jamming again and creating music. We are having a blast! We've have had so much support from all over the globe and landing on a fest like Bloodstock really sums it up. We’re honoured and cannot wait to up the fuckin' hammers in the middle of nowhere in merry ol' England! Thank you! Ohh yeah, don't forget me cider ….!"

Unearth, Ghost Bath, Evil Scarecrow, and Sophie Lancaster Stage addition XII Boar have also been added to the line-up over the weekend from Thursday 11th until Sunday 14th August 2016 again at Catton Hall, Walton-on-Trent, in South Derbyshire.

They join headliners Slayer, Twisted Sister, and Mastodon, plus Fear Factory, Gojira, Symphony X, Rotting Christ, Paradise Lost, Dragonforce, Behemoth, Venom, Metal Allegiance, Stuck Mojo, Goatwhore, Phil Campbell and his all star band, The King Is Blind, Witchsorrow, and Acid Reign.

As well as the international heavy metal bands across four stages, Bloodstock will offer a large selection of merchandise stalls, metal karaoke, a campsite and a wide selection of food and bars.

The early bird offer has ended. Tickets are priced at £139 for adults with camping (+ booking fees), and car parking is priced at £16, child (aged 4 - 11 years) tickets are priced at £35. Campervan pitches were priced at £55 and have sold out, and VIP options are available too. Day tickets are expected to be on sale at a later date.
