The Chemical Brothers (live), LCD Soundsystem, Lana Del Rey, and New Order top the first acts announced for Electric Picnic back to celebrate it's 13th year, and held from Friday 2nd to Sunday 4th September at Stradbally Hall Estate, Co Laois - less than an hour from Dublin.

Also confirmed are HAIM, Super Furry Animals, Years And Years, Todd Terje, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, The Avett Brothers, Gavin James, Wolf Alice, Animal Collective, Wild Beasts, Savages, Jack Garratt, Glass Animals, Broken Social Scene, Pantha Du Prince, Phosphorescent, Ezra Furman, Mount Kimbie (DJ set), Daniel Avery, Blossoms, Aurora, Nao, Girls Names, and Meilyr Jones.

Areas include Body & Soul, Other Voices, Trailer Park, Salty Dog, Comedy Stage, Trenchtown, Casa Bacardi, and Mindfield, plus more to be announced.

Early bird weekend tickets have sold out. Full priced tickets are priced at 234.5 euros and Sunday only tickets are 90 euros.

Instalment tickets are also available and can be secured for 84.50 euros. A campervan pass is priced at 70 euros.

Ireland's complete music and arts festival offers an array of fine music, theatre, comedy, holistic health and art. Musically it's a more eclectic mix of artists than the other Irish mainstream events. The festival will also feature Comedy & Spoken Word, Arts & Theatrics, the Arcadia area, Fosset's Circus, Art Trail, the Body & Soul area, Global Green & Greencrafts, the Eco Picnic, and Amnesty Ireland.
