Oysterband, Gordie MacKeeman and his Rhythm Boys, Jez Lowe, Rusty Shackle, The Young'Uns, and Les Barker lead the first acts for Bromyard Folk Festival held from Friday 9th until Sunday 11th September 2016 at various venues in the town of Bromyard, Herefordshire, in the Welsh Border area.

Also confirmed are Keith Donnelly, Chris Sherburn & Denny Bartley, Granny's Attic, Inlay, Winter Wilson, She Shanties, Two Coats Colder, BarlowCree, Dave Webber & Anni Fentiman, Georgia Lewis, Cohen Braithwaite-Kilcoyne, Jim Mageean, na-mara, Tuneworks, Graeme Knights, Nyfte, The Falconers, Dr Sunshine, Fold Theatre, Andy Casserley, Speake and Lowe, Sambassadors of Groove, Worcester Ukulele Club, Tunewrights, and Flos & Friends.

The festival will also play host to morris sides, workshops, dance displays, children's entertainment including Jan's Van, craft fair, dance instructionals, real ale bars, food, pub sessions etc.

An early bird adult weekend ticket is priced at £79 (£103 with 4 nights camping), a young adult (aged 18-21) weekend ticket is priced at £46, a junior (aged 12-17 - in school) weekend ticket is priced at £38, children aged under 10 can attend for free, and day tickets are also available.
