The line-up over the three days of Coachella Valley Music Festival, California's twin weekend event has been released and is topped by the reforming Guns N' Roses, and LCD Soundsystem, and Calvin Harris.

Guns’ N Roses will reunite for their first performance in two decades, while LCD Soundsystem will return after a five-year break. Rose and Slash last performed together in Argentina in 1993 at the end of the band’s long tour promoting 'Use Your Illusion', the group’s 1991 follow-up to their first record, 1987's 'Appetite for Destruction', the biggest-selling debut release in the U.S. Guns N’ Roses, will include in their line-up, long-feuding founding members, singer Axl Rose and guitarist Slash.

James Murphy frontman of LCD Soundsystem frontman joins up again with 2ManyDJs and Soulwax with Despacio which will be appearing all weekend long. Created in 2013 Despacio is an 11-foot custom-built disco soundsystem which operates exclusively with vinyl.

Other acts coming out of hiatus include Sia who will be performing her first US show in half a decade, and the return of The Last Shadow Puppets, the side project of Arctic Monkeys’ Alex Turner. Plus, recently reunited shoegaze outfit Lush will play their first US gig in decades at Coachella.

Tickets go on sale Wednesday at 11:00am PT to those who have registered.

This year Coachella will again be held over held over two consecutive weekends, with the line-ups expected to be once again repeated for each identical three-day span.

The dates for 2016 are confirmed as Friday 15th to Sunday 17th April for weekend one, and again a week later from Friday 22nd to Sunday 24th April for weekend two.

The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival (aka Coachella) the three-day annual music and arts festival is held at the Empire Polo Fields in Indio, California, in the Inland Empire's Coachella Valley. The event features a wide choice of genres of music including alternative rock, hip hop, and electronic music as well as large scale sculptural art.
