Iron Maiden have been announced as the first headliner for Germany's DEAG's dual rock festivals Rock Im Riever and Rockavaria taking place next year. Previously called Der Ring - Grune Holle Rock (Green Hell)
Rock Im Riever festival will take place over 3 days from Thursday 26th to Saturday 28th May 2016 at Trabrennbahn Gelsenkirchen, in Gelsenkirchen, Germany. Tickets for both events go on sale later today.
Early bird offer tickets are priced at 125 euros.
Rockavaria is the sister event of Rock Im Riever and will take place over 3 days from Friday 27th to Sunday 29th May 2016 returning again to the Olympiapark in Munich.
