full festival weekend programme announced for Lechlade Festival

adding The Sweetchunks Band, Mia Klose, The Senton Bombs, & more

The Sweetchunks Band, Mia Klose, The Senton Bombs, and Dirty Thrills lead the latest acts confirmed for the fifth annual family friendly Lechlade Festival which takes place on the banks of the Thames at a new location in Lechlade, in Gloucestershire over three days from Friday 22nd until Sunday 24th May 2015.

Also added to the bill are Missy Malone & Friends Burlesque Revue, Celadore, Yossarian, Regale, Paula Tait, Bon Giovi, The Hair Rock Experience, Voodoo Vegas, Oques Grasses, Twin Falls, Kim Lowings and the Greenwood, John Adams, Syren Belly Dancers, Tony Cima, Louise Jordan, Centre Excuse, Yes Sunshine, A Splash of Red, The Inflatables, The St Lawrence School Choir, Redwing, Mirage Belly Dancers, and The Narratones.

They join the previously announced Status Quo will be Doctor and the Medics, Whole Lotta Led, Louise Latham, Funke and the Two Tone Baby, Feral Ghost, Nina Baker, HammerJack, Polly Money, Brother from Another, Henry Bateman, The Original Rabbit Foot Spasm Band, Centrefolds, Preacher, Emi McDade, Silver Story, Felix and the Funk, Sean Taylor, Foreign Affairs, Love Street, Skinner and T'witch, Dealer, The Dark Eyes, Pistol Kings, Sunsets The Day, Mark Harrison, Gilmore n Jaz, Light Zeppelin, Josephine and The Artizans, Twister, Alex Rainsford, Frankensteins Lobster, and Xander and the Keys.

Over 80 bands and performers will bring live music to the event, along with free family workshops.

As in previous years, there will be plenty for the family to do, with a real focus on keeping the children entertained. A diverse range of free workshops for both adults and children offer activities such as story-telling, dancing, singing and drumming. There will also be children’s crafts, games, toys and rides, many free of charge.

The early bird offer has ended. Tickets are priced at £77 for 3 days with camping or £57 without camping. Live in vehicle pass is priced at £25.

Children aged 16 years and under can attend free. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult bearing a valid ticket. Concession tickets also available.
