Ella Henderson has been announced for the family friendly Camp Bestival 'Goes Wild', happening from Thursday 30th July to Sunday 2nd August, at Lulworth Castle in Dorset

In other news David Rodigan has become a lifetime resident for Bestival and Camp Bestival.

Festival organiser Rob da Bank said, "David’s played every Camp Bestival and Bestival for 6 years now in a row. He’s a living legend - amazing broadcaster, endless champion of great new and old music from Jamaica and all over the reggae and dancehall world, and most importantly for our festivals one of the best DJs in the world. I try and see every band and DJ at our festivals but the one I always spend the longest at is Rodigan’s Ram Jam session- just watching David leap up and down the stage, toasting like a true MC, rewinding massive tunes and generally sending everyone nuts. Im so pleased David is our first Resident For Life and at the moment the only person I’m even considering for that honour! Salute!"

They join Clean Bandit who will headline Friday, Kaiser Chiefs lead the stage on Saturday, and Underworld will close the festival on the Sunday.

Also confirmed are Justin Fletcher aka Mr Tumble, Professor Green, Wretch 32, Kate Tempest, Bob Geldof, Soul II Soul, Level 42, Alison Moyet, Ella Eyre, Cymande, 808 State, Buzzcocks, DJ Yoda, The Cuban Brothers, Arthur Brown, Slaves, Only The Young, George The Poet, Eliza Carthy, The Spooky Men's Chorale, Mr Wilson’s Second Liners, Ekkah, The Rajasthan Heritage Brass Band, Weymouth Ukeleleans, Sinful Maggie, Folk Idol, and Reggaerobics.

Plus festival favourites Insect Circus, West End Kids, BRIT School, Royal Albert Hall Albert’s Band, Funky Little Choir, and Workshop Patrol. Augmenting them will be new attractions including The Chrysalis Garden, The Train Trip, and Wild Adventures promising the biggest, best and wildest activities yet.
