Paul McCartney confirmed for Roskilde Festival

Paul McCartney brings his ‘Out There’ tour to Europe and is now confirmed to play at Denmark’s Roskilde Festival on Saturday 4 July 2015. The career-spanning show will be Paul McCartney's only European festival show this summer.

Talking about performing at Roskilde Festival, Paul McCartney said,  "We’ve not played at a European festival for five years so it’s exciting to be able to take our show to a festival as big as Roskilde this summer. I’ve heard the festival has a great vibe so we are looking forward to being able to check it out for ourselves. It’s been a while since our last trip to Denmark so get ready to rock!"

Roskilde is continental Europe's biggest festival, and offers a variety of international acts and four days of music from Wednesday 1st until Saturday 4th July 2015.

Tickets are priced at a DKK 1940 (+ fee) (that's approximately £205), and a one-day tickets costs DKK 980 (+ fee) (that's approximately £103). Last year tickets sold out.

Accommodation add-ons are also available including a tent that is pitched for you, special tent houses with electricity or a rockwool-insulated shelter that protects against heat, cold, water and sound.
