Paloma Faith has announced seven gigs this summer as part of the Forestry Commission's Forest Live concert series.
Paloma Faith, and guests to be announced, will play the following dates:
Friday 19 June: Westonbirt Arboretum, near Tetbury, Glos.
Saturday 20 June: Bedgebury Pinetum, near Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
Friday 26 June: Dalby Forest, near Pickering, N Yorks.
Sunday 28 June: Sherwood Pines, Edwinstowe, near Mansfield, Notts.
Friday 3 July: Delamere Forest, near Northwich, Cheshire.
Saturday 4 July: Thetford Forest, near Brandon, Suffolk.
Friday 10 July: Cannock Chase Forest, near Rugeley, Staffs.
Commenting on the forest shows, Paloma Faith said, "I am so excited to do the forest tour. I did it before and had such a wonderful time. We are very lucky in Britain to have such a beautiful and diverse landscape and I am excited to play for you there again. See you all in the summer. "
Forest Live is an independent programme organised by the Forestry Commission bringing music to new audiences without commercial branding or sponsorship. Income from the concerts is spent on improving the woodland for both people and wildlife.
Tickets are priced at £38.50 (plus £3.85 booking fee) and go on sale from 9am on Friday 23rd January, and eFestivals will havel inks to buy them then.
