Bristol Folk Festival patron Seth Lakeman will take to the stage for the first time since 2011’s inaugural festival as he plays with the first headlining act to be announced, folk supergroup The Full English.

Seth will be joined at the festival, which returns to May Day Bank Holiday  running on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd May 2015,by fellow Full English members Sam Sweeney, Fay Hield, Martin Simpson, Nancy Kerr, Ben Nicolls, and Rob Habron.

They will be joined by Greg Russell & Ciaran Algar, and Heg Doughty & The Wolf Chorus at St.George’s and Bristol Folk House in Bristol.

Many more names from the long list of incredible folk artists booked for this year will be revealed over the coming months, and this will of course also include the winners of the festival's own Isambard Folk Award. The festival will also feature Morris dancers, ceilidhs, and singalong sessions.
