Skindred to headline Boardmasters Beach Sessions

Alternative metal rockers Skindred have been announced at this year's Beach Sessions first night headliner at Boardmasters happening from Wednesday 6th to Sunday 10th August 2014 with support from Jettblack.

The Beach Sessions are two evenings of live music for festivalgoers to enjoy after a day at the beach watching all the surf, BMX and skating action. The Thursday beach session is headlined by  Fink with support from Sunset Sons, Thomas J Speight, and Marcus McCoan.

The weekend headliners Snoop Dogg, Chase & Status, and Bastille will be joined Ben Pearce, Palma Violets, Reel Big Fish, George Ezra, The Cribs, Peace, Yuck, 2manydjs, Duke Dumont, Roni Size, Bipolar Sunshine, Zane Lowe, Wilkinson, The Enemy, Dead Kennedys, Oneman, Elli Ingram, Scott Matthews, The Ramona Flowers, Goldierocks, A Plastic Rose, Isaiah Dreads, Amber Run, Bat and Ball, The Magnus Puto Band, Ghouls, Antimatador, The Cuban Brothers, Big Deal, Coves, Raleigh Ritchie, Lyger, Emily And The Woods, Saint Raymond, Eton Messy presents Eton Messy DJs, with Friend Within, Blonde, Issac Tichauer, and Bodhi. Also confirmed are DJ Ez, Kidnap Kid, Roska, My Nu Leng, Monki, Boy & Bear, MistaJam, Breton, Lewis Watson, The Feud, Panda, Darlia, Bruno Major, Re-Defeat vs Grunge, and more.

All confirmed for the event which takes place over five days at a cliff-top location overlooking Watergate Bay, in Cornwall featuring music across nine stages. Boardmasters is held on three sites across Newquay offering action sports including surf, skate, bmx, plus daily live music acts and the music festival.

An adult weekend ticket for 3 days is priced at £105, and £109 with camping. A four day ticket with camping is priced at £119. A Friday, Saturday of Sunday day ticket is priced at £43. Children aged 10 years and under can attend free but require a ticket.
