The Travelling Band, Folk On, Ellie Rose, Cathy Burton, Hobbit, Chris T-T, and Tinariwen are among the latest acts announced for Greenbelt Festival 2014 which will take place in the grounds of Boughton House, near Kettering in Northamptonshire after 15 years at Cheltenham.

Also confirmed are Gilles Peterson, Boo Hewerdine, Martyn Joseph, Hackney Colliery Band, Bridie Jackson and The Arbour, Emily And The Woods, John Francis, Samantha Crain, Wara, Winter Mountain, Stanley Odd, Jason Carter, The Apples, Rory Butler, and Dizraeli and the Small Gods.

The all-age inclusive friendly arts festival with its roots in the Christian faith which offers a host of world music, international and home-grown acts takes place on the bank holiday weekend from Friday 22nd to Monday 25th August 2014.

This year's theme has been announced as 'Travelling Light' - this year’s festival marks a return to Greenbelt’s nomadic roots, with its first site move since 1999.

Sinead O' Connor, Stornoway, Jahmene Douglas, Lau, Gaggle, and Beth Rowley, were the first acts for announced for the line-up of musicians, speakers and spoken word acts, comedy, theatre, and the arts.

The latest names for the Ideas strand are Mitri Raheb, Hannah Lownsbrough, Kit Beazley, Marika Rose, Pat Gaffney, and Ruth Valerio. Comedy additions include Howard Read, plus performance artist Bobby Baker in a show called Ballistic Buns and Misunderstood Monsters, a children’s show from the Half Moon Theatre Company, and literary luninaries such as Julia Golding, Martha Sprackland, Simon Parke, and Matt Haig, who join guests including Brian McLaren, Nadia Bolz-Weber and Bidisha, Mpho Tutu, and Owen Jones.

Ticket prices are currently as follows Adult - £129; Concessions £89; Under 18s Ticket (5-17) £70; family ticket (2 kids/2 adults) £318; single parent tickets (2 kids/1 adult) £190. Infants aged 0-4 years can attend for free but still need a ticket.

All weekend tickets cover free camping.
