new two day Bristol Summer Series announced for June

with The Pogues, 911, A1, Five, Damage, Honeyz, & B*witched

Following on from last week's announcement of Paolo Nutini playing Bristol''s Harbourside, Metropolis Music have introduced Bristol Summer Series, a new live music event making its debut on Thursday 26th and Friday 27th June at the city's amphitheatre.

The Pogues will headline on Thursday 26th June, and on Friday 27th June acts from the ITV show 'Big Reunion' including 911, a1, Five, Damage, Honeyz, and B*Witched will take to the stage.

Conal Dodds, Promoter for Metropolis Music said, "Bristol has an incredible live music and arts heritage that we are proud to be enhancing with the launch of the Bristol Summer Series. Our intention is to make the Summer Series an annual event in Bristol, with this inaugural event setting a very high and exciting benchmark for the years to come."

Tickets are priced at £34.50 plus booking fee for The Pogues and £37.50 plus booking fee for The Big Reunion. Tickets are restricted to four tickets per person/per billing address. This is an all ages event but (under 16’s to be accompanied by an adult). Tickets will go on general sale at 9am on Thursday 17th April and eFestivals will have links to buy them then.
