Chris Helme, CoCo and the ButterfieldsBaby Strange, and The Lost Boys top the latest acts for this year's Stockton Calling, the one day only festival held in central Stockton-on-Tees, in the North-East on Easter Saturday 19th April 2014.

The Vault, which has been programmed by Stockton promoters Nouvelle Musique will host Chris Helme, CoCo and the Butterfields, The Alice Charmers, Silver Trees, Dinnernanny, Little Mirrors, The Big Heave, Tusk, Sam Fender, and Andy Jones from The Norton Rockets .

Matt Speight, of Nouvelle Musique, commented, “It’s a great pleasure to return to The Vault, for what promise to be the best Stockton Calling yet. We’re really excited about our line up and what it brings to the festival.

Promoters Grass Route return to curate The Sun Inn stage with a line-up including Baby Strange, The Lost Boys, Alistair Sheerin Band, Reva, Cellar Door, Be Quiet Shout Loud, Violet Deep, and the still to be announced local battle of the bands winner.

Leon Pape of Grass Route said, "We are honored to be part of Stockton Calling for the second year running. It’s plain to see the quality and reputation of the festival is growing year by year and the announcements made already back this up.” 

The first headlining acts announced are Public Service Broadcasting, Rivals, Space, and Young Rebel Set with Collectors Club, Weird Shapes, The Approved, John and The Ragmen, Goy Boy McIlroy, International Departures, Bear Trade, LSA, Sundara Karma, The Panoramic, Rambler, The Glass Moths, Dead New Blood, Witch Hands, Zyna Hel, The Shooting Of..., Tessera Skies, Zach & Georgie, Dressed Like Wolves, Taylor Mayd, Algiers, Suntrapp, and Lola Colt, also confirmed.

With this latest announcement it leaves just ARC, The Georgian Theatre and The Storytellers to reveal the rest of their line-ups.

The venue-spanning event has expanded year on year since its 2010 conception; starting with ARC, KU and The Georgian Theatre, it has since gone on to draw in The Sun Inn, The Vault, The Storytellers, The Green Room, and this year the H.M Bark Endeavour, has been added to this year’s event.

Admission to each of the venues is on a first come first served basis. Once capacity is reached the door will operate on a one in one out policy.
