The Henry Girls, The Poozies, Martyn Joseph, Stewart Henderson, Treacherous Orchestra, The Ben Waters Band, and Polly & The Billets Doux are the latest additions to the line-up for The Gate to Southwell Folk Festival which takes place from Thursday 5th until Sunday 8th June 2014

They join Feast of Fiddles who will headline and close the final main concert on Sunday evening. Also confirmed are The Bills, The Sojourners, Vin Garbutt, Bella Hardy and The Midnight Watch, Blackbeard’s Tea Party,  Ross Ainslie and Jarlath Henderson and Caladh Nua. To commemorate the anniversary of the The Great War the Thursday night will feature the premiere of Mick Ryan's completely rewritten folk opera 'A Day's Work' with a proposed cast of Damien Barber, Greg Russell, Paul Downes, Heather Bradford, Maggie Boyle, Matt Quinn and Mick Ryan. Early bird weekend tickets are the same price as 2013 and weekend extra tickets (to include Thursday) are slightly cheaper than last year!

Adult weekend tickets priced at £75. 'Weekend extra' tickets, to include Thursday night's concert and camping from £105. Youth weekend tickets priced at £41, or £51 including camping. Weekend camping priced at £15 for adults, and £10 for youth (only available with Weekend and Weekend Extra Tickets). Caravan or Motorhome priced at an extra £5. Day tickets, and wi-fi access also available.
