We've all heard tales of the people who have fallen into longdrops at festivals over the years. However in a new twist an Amercian man who hid in portable toilets so he could spy on unsuspecting women for sexual gratification has just received a three-year jail sentence.
Luke Chrisco, 32, from Colorado was detained by police in 2011 after a woman spotted something moving below her while in a toilet at Hanuman Festival, a community yoga and music event in Colorado.
When the woman lifted the lid on a portable toilet she noticed something moving inside the tank and asked security to investigate who found a semi-naked man hiding in the tank below covered in a tarpaulin when he eventually emerged he had on no shirt or shoes – and was covered in human excrement.
According to Sky News, (here), Chrisco, who has mental health issues, pleaded guilty in July to attempted unlawful sexual contact and two counts of burglary, and admitted to police shortly after his arrest that he had spied on women in toilets across the US and Europe!
With most turdis' at festivals being used by both sexes here, if Mr Chrisco had tried anything like this at a music festival in the UK he may have seen more than wanted to. Plus, with the British weather he may even have risked drowning!
