Rudimental (DJ Set), and Tom Odell are the latest acts to be announced for this year's Brownstock Festival which happens at Morris Farm, Chelmsford, in Essex from Friday 30th August until Sunday 1st September 2013.

Brownstock Music Director Mat Dixon said, "We are incredibly excited to welcome two of the hottest acts in not just the UK right now to our family shindig in South Woodham Ferrers. Rudimental were a no brainer booking and their high energy show and catalogue of top ten hits guaranteed to have the crowd bouncing along. Tom Odell on the other hand represents the incredible singer song writer talent this country consistently produces following on in the footsteps of Ben Howard and James Blake, set to be one of the absolute highlights of Brownstock 2013."

They join the previously announced acts led by The Fratellis who will headline, with Mark Ronson (DJ Set), The Pigeon Detectives, Benga and Youngman, Delilah, Devlin, Hadouken!, King Charles, Krafty Kuts, The Milk, Man Get Out, Stealing Signs, Bambi, F.O.X, Creme De Chevre, Grizzly Bears, Doorly, DJ Yoda, and The Cuban Brothers..

Now in its 9th year the festival for 6,000 visitors is still completely independent and alongside music offers comedy, storytelling, street art camp, skateboarding park, parquour displays, dance tent, a silent disco and the 'Brownstock Sunday Roast'.

The early bird tickets have sold out. A combined weekend and camping ticket is priced at £65 but this tier price is going quickly. Children aged under 12 can attend for free. A car parking ticket is priced at £5.
