Theatrical metallers Hell, return after their appearance in 2011 on the Ronnie James Dio Stage, and have their second album scheduled for release later this year.

Guitarist Andy Sneap (also from Sabbat) commented, "We are thrilled to announce Hell have been added to the Saturday main stage bill at Bloodstock. Hell had such a great time at BOA in 2011, opening the main stage on the Sunday, so it's an honour to be asked back, especially with the bill being such a strong line up. It'll be a lot of fun catching up with some old friends and playing a longer set for the Bloodstock masses, this time at a slightly more reasonable hour."

Belphegor are celebrating their 20 year anniversary this year and preparing the release of their tenth studio album this summer, with Bloodstock the first place they'll air the new material live.

Belphegor's Helmuth growled, "To bomb the UK is always a pleasure for Belphegor. We will celebrate Diabolical Death Musick, and visualize it with a special 20 year anniversary show, full of bones, flesh and blood! At the start of August, our new as-yet-untitled album will be released. The troupe can't wait to premiere two of these tracks at Bloodstock. An honour - this horror!"
Headliners Slayer, King Diamond, and Lamb Of God are joined by Anthrax, Accept, Avantasia, DevilDriver, Dark Funeral, Ex Deo, Kataklysm, Municipal Waste, Whitechapel, plus Amorphis, Fozzy, and Firewind (as UK exclusives). With many more bands are still to be revealed. The festival will have exclusive performances, established, international, and breaking acts.

As well as the international heavy metal bands across three stages, Bloodstock offers a large selection of merchandise stalls, metal karaoke, a campsite and a wide selection of food and bars.
