The first details of this summer's announced today for Parklife Festival which returns for a fourth year to a new, undisclosed location, in Manchester, having moved away from Platts Field Park to bigger capacity location.

Parklife Festival will take place over two days at a new venue (having moved away from Platts Field Park) in Manchester on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th June 2013.

The first act will be announced on 31st January, over the following 2 weeks a further 10 acts will be confirmed, with the full line-up will be revealed on Valentine's Day.

Early bird weekend tickets will be priced at £55 and will go on on sale at 9am on Thursday 24th January, and eFestivals will have links to buy them then.

Expect a line-up of world famous bands and DJs, a wealth of crazy creations and oddball installations, a host of up and coming acts, local acts, and tasty food stalls.
