Headliners Blur are the first act announced for Hungary's Sziget taking place next August.

The appearance marks their Sziget debut of Blur. Speaking about playing live in 2013 the band said, "Every show next summer will be very special – we can't wait to get out and play for all our lovely fans who we haven't seen for a while." Sziget has loads of other things on offer to festival goers, as well as the music, there is; theatre, dance, classical music, cabaret, performances, films, fine art, crafts, literary presentations, programmes for kids, sports and other free time activities.

In 2012 the Sziget Festival was visited by Michael Eavis, who said Sziget is "a fantastic festival, more colourful and probably a lot cleaner than Glastonbury."

Sziget Festival takes place on an island in the Danube, Budapest, Hungary from Wednesday 7th to Monday 12th August 2013, with camping available from Monday 5th August.

A week ticket with camping is priced at £170, a 5 Day Pass without camping is priced at £145 euros, and a campervan pass is priced at £112. Day tickets are available for £39. Beware of false tickets. Buy your ticket only from authorised vendors.

Children aged 10 and under have free entry if accompanied by an adult. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
