Scottish twin brothers The Proclaimers head up the latest acts to be confirmed for next summer's Beverley Folk Acoustic Roots Festival which takes place in the shadow of historic Beverley Minster, in East Yorkshire.

Also added to the line-up are Lau, Eric Brace & Peter Cooper, Blackbeard's Tea Party, Circus Envy.

Show of Hands with Miranda Sykes have been confirmed as one of next year's three Headline acts, other acts also announced for the 30th anniversary event are Farino, Edwina Hayes, and CoCo and the Butterfields. Expect 88 acts in total this year, and 76 events, held across 5 venues.

There are early bird weekend tickets with camping available priced at £85 for an adult weekend ticket, A weekend without camping early bird ticket is priced sat £70. Tickets for children aged 11 and under are free.

Beverley Folk Festival promises 3 nights & 2 days of music, dance, comedy, spoken word, events & workshops for all, craft stalls, Real Ale, camping and more. The festival campsite has the added benefit of having access to the Leisure Complex facilities. The dates for the 30th Beverley Folk Festival are from Friday 21st to Sunday 23rd June 2013.
