Feeder to headline Sunday at Play Fest

Feeder have been unveiled as Sunday headliners for Play Fest which returns as a three day event from Friday 1st until Sunday 3rd June 2012 at Eccles Hall, Quidenham, in Norfolk.

Feeder will be bringing their much-loved, pop-meets-metal style as the final act on the Play Fest lawn for 2012. Supporting Feeder on the Sunday night slot will be Chase and Status' vocal muse Delilah, with Sonic Boom Six added to the circus themed Big Top line-up.

The first acts have also been announced for the Rebel Lion Reggae Tent - Rebel Lion are hosting the Roots and Culture Arena featuring Free King, Foundation Sound, Instrument of Jah Sound System, MC Chanter, and DJ Principal, alongside vegetarian Caribbean food and Rasta Culture Stores.

Play Fest have also welcomed onboard Full Colour Arcade who sink their interactive pressure pad system into a brand new raised platform to create a giant drum machine, where 'Play Mates' will be able to jam together and create musical masterpieces on 9 pressure pads linked to a Turbo Sound System. By night the dome will turn into a fun filled intimate venue hosting the regions hottest local DJ's, producers and performers.

Play Fest has revealed details of the other stages, areas and bars to discover and uncover. The Asylum Stage, powered by The Festival Asylum, will host mix of solo artists and bands during daylight hours and as night falls will transform into a late night live music and cabaret venue.

Play Fest's favorite house music promoters and DJs will host the Tipi Tent which under the cover of darkness will be a lively tech house and during the day time a Norfolk version of an Ibiza beach party and a Café Del Mar sunset.

There's also The Play Area, a kids, teens & family area in collaboration with Culture Works East. This festival within a festival, and will provide an area specially dedicated to families offering cultural experiences, activities and facilities tailored to meet the needs of children, teens and their families.

There will also be four very different themed bars, the Main Bar is 'Daisy Dukes' Western Saloon, the Big Top 'Cirque Du Freak' bar will present a Circus/Freak Show, the Dance Arena 'Full Moon' is Thai flavoured, and there's also the 'VIP bar' all offering top quality beers, wine and cocktails.

The site will even offer a Play Fest Mini Mart filled with all the essentials.

The line-up includes the previously announced They join the previously announced Ash, Reverend and The Makers, The Pigeon Detectives, The Big Pink, The Correspondents, Tellison, Jim Lockey, Juan Zelada, Solko, Spector, Ria Ritchie, Tripwires, Lee Vann, Dumbfoundus, Scroobius Pip, Natty, Little Comets, Tellison, Roots Manuva, Killamonjambo, Alloy Ark, Rory McVicar, The B. Goodes, Federation of The Disco Pimp, Boat To Row, Deers, Kamilla Lovett, Toddla T, Shy FX, Jaymo & Andy George, Zinc, Rattus Rattus, Klose1, DJ Andy H, DJ@WAR, DJ Cable, POW! Party Boys, Attack Yourself! , Joshua Roberts, Get Low Cartel, and more.

Play Fest are still to announce the Dance Arena Sunday headliner and a few others to add to the bill.

Tickets are priced at £80 with camping. A student player ticket offering weekend camping with FREE travel from UEA, Cambridge University & Ipswich College is priced at £80. 1 child aged 12 or under can attend free per supervising adult. Additional children are priced at £40 full weekend or £20 day ticket. Adult day tickets are priced at £35. Car parking is priced at £2.50 per vehicle per day, or £5 for the weekend.

There's a 2 part payment pass available from 1st March until 31st March. £40 paid in March and second payment later.
