Tickets go on sale from 9am today to see Soundgarden headlining the Hard Rock Calling on Friday 13th July in Hyde Park.

Hard Rock Calling
One of the founding bands of the infamous Seattle grunge scene of the 90s, they reunited last year after a 14-year hiatus. Also confirmed are godfathers of punk Iggy & the Stooges and Australian act Cold Chisel.

Bruce Springsteen returns to headline the Saturday night with support from John Fogerty, and Lady Antebellum. Sunday sees Paul Simon performing the album 'Graceland' in its entirety, along with some of his greatest hits. He'll be joined on stage by Jimmy Cliff, and Ladysmith Black Mambazo. Alison Krauss & Union Station featuring Jerry Douglas are also confirmed. There are no other acts confirmed yet for 2012.

The established London open air music event showcases well known international acts, and a few legends over three days, has a genuine festival feel to it. Tickets were priced at £60 for Saturday and have sold out.

The dates for the three days of Hard Rock Calling 2012 are confirmed as from Friday 13th until Sunday 15th July 2012 with gates expected to open at 1pm, the music starting at 3pm, and ending at approximately 10:30pm on all three days.

Tickets for Friday go on sale at 9am topday Friday 30th March 2012 priced at £50. Tickets for Sunday at Hard Rock Calling are on sale priced at £55, Saturday tickets have sold out.
