Headlined by Steps, the line-up will also include Rick Astley, Jason Donovan, Bananarama, Dead Or Alive, Pepsi & Shirlie, Princess, Sinitta, Hazell Dean , Sonia, Sybil, 2 Unlimited, Lonnie Gordon, and Brother Beyond plus more artists to be announced. There will also be a very special duet – '23 years in the making'.

The outdoor show will celebrate the Stock Aitken Waterman songwriting and production team, Pete Waterman's PWL label and mainly the pop acts that now define an era in British music history, and is now the soundtrack to a generation, with sales of over 500 million units worldwide.

Pete Waterman said, "I've been saying no for years to a Hit Factory concert but now, 25 years on, the timing feels right. It's time to celebrate the hit single and we have a tremendous line-up of our classic artists confirmed to play Hit Factory Live in Hyde Park on July 11. More surprises will be announced over the coming months - it's set to be the biggest and best ever celebration of SAW and PWL."

2012 marks the 25th anniversary of PWL Records, the label originally set up as home for many Hit Factory artists. A proportion of proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Cancer Research UK, and there will also be a number of fundraising activities in the run up to, and on the day of, the show.

Jools Tait, Director of Partnerships at Cancer Research UK, said, "We're thrilled that this exciting concert will benefit Cancer Research UK. Our work to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer has already saved millions of lives, but there's still more to do. The support of this Live Nation event will help us to raise funds to carry out our groundbreaking work."

Tickets will be priced at £48.50, and go on sale at 9am on Friday 23rd March.
