It looks as though Paul Simon will be announced for Sunday at Hard Rock Calling according to The Guardian in an article here.

According to the newspaper the American singer will be bringing his best-selling 'Graceland' project to "London for a concert in Hyde Park on 15 July as part of the Hard Rock Calling festival."

Simon will, according to the article, be joined once again by Ladysmith Black Mambazo and other South African musicians, though not by Hugh Masekela, and Jamaican star Jimmy Cliff to air his classic hits including 'Diamonds on the Soles of Her Shoes' and 'You Can Call Me Al'.

Paul Simon's appearance has not been confirmed by festival organisers. The established London open air music event showcases well known international acts, and a few legends over three days, has a genuine festival feel to it will be confirming the Sunday headliner at 9am on Monday, 19th March.

The only acts confirmed are Saturday headliner Bruce Springsteen, plus on the same day John Fogerty, and Lady Antebellum. For the line-up details, and rumours as available please click here.

The dates for the three days of Hard Rock Calling 2012 are confirmed as from Friday 13th until Sunday 15th July 2012 with gates expected to open at 1pm, the music starting at 3pm, and ending at approximately 10:30pm on all three days.

Tickets were priced at £60 for Saturday and have sold out.
