deadmau5 to headline opening day of Wireless

Deadmau5 has been revealed as the Friday night headliner at this summer's Wireless Festival held in London's Hyde Park.

He will be joined by Maverick Sabre, Knife Party, Feed Me, and Ms Dynamite.

Drake will headline Saturday with support from Nicki Minaj, Nero, Example, Wiz Khalifa, Professor Green, Tulisa, Knife Party, and Dbanj. Rihanna will be headlining Wireless with Barclaycard on the final night, Sunday 8th July her only UK performance of the year. Also confirmed for that day are Jessie J, Calvin Harris, Labrinth, J. Cole, Rizzle Kicks, Kaskade, Flux Pavilion, and Pitbull, Cher Lloyd, Madeon, A$Ap Rocky, and Stooshe. There are still many more acts to be confirmed.

Entering its eighth year Wireless will take place from Friday 6th until Sunday 8th July 2012.

Tickets for Friday will be priced £49.50 and will go on sale at 9am on Friday 16th March. A combined Saturday and Sunday ticket was priced at £97 and has sold out. Tickets are currently on sale priced at £49.50 for Saturday, or Sunday priced at £52.50.
