The south-east's Hevy Music Festival has announced that Max Raptor will open the Front x Etnies Stage on Friday, and Tek-One will play the same day after headliners Lower Than Atlantis.

There are also eight more bands chosen for the Red Bull Bedroom Jam stage, they are If Heroes Should Fail, Mishkin, Collapse The Control, The Headstart, The Debut, Show It Off, The Afterparty, and Our People Verses Yours.

Red Bull Bedroom Jam will be hosting a pre party on site on Friday with a line-up will featuring Don Broco, The Lost Boys, You And What Army, Never Means Maybe, and a DJ set from Radio One Rock Show presenter Daniel P Carter.

Hevy will also have after-hours DJs every night, a load of Front girls, stalls from clothing brands including MacBeth, Etnies, Drop Dead Clothing, Johnny Cupcakes, Impericon, Honor Over Glory, Big Deal Clothing and many more.

The Hevy Music Festival will feature over 80 bands, including 11 UK exclusives, performing across 4 stages plus live extreme sports displays and more. Previously confirmed acts include The Dillinger Escape Plan (European Festival Exclusive), Architects (co-headline), Bouncing Souls, We Are The Ocean, Zebrahead, Capdown, Ceremony (UK Festival Exclusive), Polar Bear Club, Your Demise, Rise To Remain, Touche Amore (UK Festival Exclusive), La Dispute (UK Festival Exclusive), November Coming Fire, Awaken Deamons (UK Festival Exclusive), Man Overboard, Lemuria, Brutality Will Prevail, Spycatcher, Rot In Hell, Polar, Cheap Girls, Heart In Hand, Hang The Bastard and Hildamay.

Plus The Bronx, Sonic Boom Six, Flood Of Red, Straight Lines, Steel Rules Die, The First, Turbogeist, The Bottlenex, Living With Lions, Paige, The Marmozets, Hill Valley High, Acoda, Floods, The Hype Theory, MakethisRelate, Page 44, Autumn In Disguise, and The Ocean Between Us.

The event takes place at Lympne Wildlife Park, in Kent and will take place from Friday 5th until Monday 8th August 2011.
