Singer and rapper Ms Dynamite is to headline The Music Space Stage at this year's Underage Festival for 13 to 17 year olds.

Ms Dynamite's showcase will be in support of CM the youth and community music organisation based in Tower Hamlets. CM runs the Music Space Stage and will be showcasing local acts taught through its music projects. The Music Space stage at The Underage Festival is the finale to a year long course called Music Space.

The Music Space programme offers young bands and musicians expert tuition from industry professionals in songwriting, rehearsing, performing and recordings as well as rehearsal space to practice and improve their skills. The Music Space programme is free and provides invaluable education and experience to young people.

Ms Dynamite said, "I am really excited to be performing on the Music Space stage at Underage Festival and its great to be able to support CM and the fantastic work they do with young musicians across London."

Further acts recently confirmed for the teen event include RD, Spring Offensive, Romance, Chimes, HypeManSage & Drapez, and Violet.

They join Bombay Bicycle Club, plus Pulled Apart by Horses, Brother, Janelle Monae, Miles Kane, Dutch Uncles, Baio (Vampire Weekend), theCocknbullkid, Crystal Fighters, Devlin, Dog is Dead, Florrie, Fugative, Frankie and the Heartstrings, Ghost Eyes, Giggs, Labrinth, Maverick Sabre, Roll Deep, Spark, The Chapman Family, The Midnight Beast, Yaaks, Yasmin, Encore, Pegasus Bridge, Rizzle Kicks, The Knocks, Tribes, and Wolf Gang, with more to be announced.

To celebrate its fifth birthday Underage has decided to go a year younger and is now open to 13 year olds for the first time cementing its reputation as the worlds most credible event for teenagers.

Underage Festival is an event for 13 to 17 year olds (strictly no over-17s; 17-year olds are welcome) and is run by London's Underage club. Musical savvy youngsters are able to attend on their own getting away from their parents and have fun and watch live acts across multiple stages.

Please note it is a condition of entry that the ticket holder consents to being searched. Searches will be conducted in the presence of two, same sex (as ticket holder), CRB checked, S.I.A. officers.
