head to head DJs announced for Lounge On The Farm

plus The Bookhouse Boys also confirmed

With just eight to go Lounge on the Farm has announced the line-up for the Silent Disco, and the headline act for The Farmhouse Bar.

The line-up features a selection of DJs over the weekend including Sombrero Sound System going head-to-head with Rus Cuban – former DJ with The Cuban Brothers. A new addition to this year's festival, and open until 4am, night owls can enjoy Sombrero Sound System vs. Rus Cuban, Urban Knights vs. Get Low Cartel, Blonde Ambition vs. Straightola, Wax Hands vs. Sam Pepper, Beats in Abundance vs. Get Low Cartel, Cuddles & Curls, Ronnie Joice vs. Special Guest, Ollie Russian vs. Archielo, and DJ Socom vs. POW.

London based The Bookhouse Boys have also just been confirmed to headline The Farmhouse Bar on Friday evening.

The Streets, Ellie Goulding and Echo & The Bunnymen have been previously confirmed as main headliners for the July festival. Example, Annie Mac, Katy B, Graham Coxon, The Joy Formidable, Johnny Flynn, Caravan, Hospitality presents with Netsky + Danny Byrd + London Elektricity and more; Everything Everything, The Vaccines, Devlin, Jamie Woon, Cast, Adamski, Art Brut, Frankmusik, Peggy Sue, Pearl and the Puppets, and Cornershop are amongst the line-up. Lounge on the Farm which takes place at Merton Farm in Canterbury from Friday 8th to Sunday 10th of July 2011. This year sees the festival add an outdoor Main Stage for the first time with five other stage including The Meadows Stage which this year replaces The Further Stage.

Having carved itself out a niche as a festival known for its unique location on a real life, working farm (with real animals roaming about), plus a strong focus on delicious food, family friendly atmosphere and reputable line-up, Lounge on the Farm Festival has doubled its capacity in 2011 to 10,000 people.

An adult weekend ticket is priced at £105, youth tickets (aged 13-17 on 09/07/2011) are priced at £82.50, child ticket (aged between 6-12 on 08/07/2011) are priced at £50, family tickets which allow entrance of 2 x adults and 2 x kids (aged 6 - 12 years) are priced at £265. A campervan/mobile caravan ticket is priced at £45. Kids aged 5 or under go for a nominal fee of £1.

An adult day ticket is priced at £45, a youth day ticket is priced at £35, a child day ticket is priced at £22.50. There are also student, student groups (of 10), and teacher offers available.
