Chai Wallahs line-up announced for The Green Man Festival

The Green Man Festival which takes place in the Brecon Beacons, Powys, Wales have announced the line-up for the Chai Wallahs over the weekend of Friday 19th to Sunday 21st August.

The Boxettes
The gigantic Bedouin marquee offers an array of food, drink and live music from around the globe. Acts confirmed to appear include Afrik Bawantu, Alternative Dubstep Orchestra, The Ariya Astrobeat Arkestra, Backbeat Soundsystem, The Boxettes, Brooke Sharkey, Cocos Lovers, Dom James and his Dixie Ticklers, Dizraeli and the Small Gods, Extra Curricular, Featurecast, JFB, and Joe Driscoll & Seckou Kouyate.

Also confirmed are Joe Driscoll's Local Posse, John Fairhurst, Georgie and the Georgie Boys, Lamplifter, Lazy Habits vs. The Correspondents, London Afrobeat Collective, Mankala, Molotov Jukebox, Moneyshot, More Like Trees, Nucleus Roots, Only Joe, and DJ Parker.

Also appearing will be The Peoples String Foundation, Phillip Henry and Hannah Martin, Rodney Branigan, Scubaroots, Siddy Bennett, Size Nine, Submotion Orchestra, Tin Roots, Two Man Ting, Yes Sir Boss, and Zen Elephant.

They join a musical line-up that includes Explosions In The Sky, Fleet Foxes, Iron And Wine, Laura Marling, Bellowhead, The Low Anthem, Villagers, The Burns Unit, The Ramshackle Union Band, Robyn Hitchcock, Sic Alps, The Gentle Good, The Travelling Band, Holy Fuck, Ellen and the Escapades, The Leisure Society, Lia Ices, Hannah Peel, Admiral Fallow, Duotone, Driver Drive Faster, Ute, Oh Ruin, The Doozer, Our Broken Garden, Emily Barker, 2:54, Bleeding Heart Narrative, Mancub Babywoman, Tweak Bird, Polar Bear, Dry The River, Wild Nothing, and more. There are many more acts still to be announced.

Tickets are priced at £135 for adults, £115 for students, £60 for teenagers, £50 for live-in vehicles, £35 for holiday tickets (bought in addition to a weekend ticket, allowing camping at Glanusk Park from Monday 15th August 2011 for 3 days before the festival opens), and £5 for car parking.
