For those that fancy an upbeat electronic hybrid end to their evening, there will be DJ sets curated by Tony N from creative music agency Burntprogress, with a line-up including Kutmah, Om Unit, Bullion, Paul White, Alex Chase, Kelpe, Mr Beatnick, Kay Suzuki, Morgan Zarate, Soundspecies, Simbad, Mr Wonderful, Martelo, Nwachukwu, and Nightwave.

Already confirmed are Edith Bowman (DJ set), Clare Maguire, Tim Burgess (DJ set), Treetop Flyers, Zero 7 (DJ Set), Amy Molyneaux and Percy Parker (DJ Set), Kid British, Friends Electric, Yunioshi, New Town Kings, I Am Harlequin, Town, and Spy Catcher.
There will be two dedicated comedy venues at The Big Mix featuring the likes of Steve Hughes, Robert White, Helen Arney, Matt Richardson, Joel Dommett, Paul B Edwards, and Joe K.
Macmillan Cancer Support will be taking over venues in Shoreditch, East London including Cargo, The Brickhouse, Rich Mix, Spitalfields, Vibe and many more, on Saturday 18th June 2011 for its annual large scale music event Macmillan's The Big Mix (previously the Brick Lane Takeover). This year the event expands to include comedy, fashion, cabaret and art.
