Appearing on the main stage at Wychwood on Sunday will be Eddi Reader, with Bluetones added to Saturday's bill, and unfortunately the appearance of Norma Waterson and Eliza Carthy with The Gift Band on Sunday can't now go ahead due to Norma Waterson's illness, and Eliza Carthy will now be appearing solo.

There also news additions for the Big Top with Kissmet and The Oxford Imps appearing on Saturday The Arcadian Kicks on Friday, and Handshake on Sunday.

This year sees a special collaboration with The French Music Office in London to bring a showcase of up of ground breaking World Music bands in the Big Top on Sunday evening. The first of these confirmed are Francois & The Atlas Mountains, and Moussu T E Lei Jovents.

The French Music Office said, "The French Music Office is partnering with Wychwood in 2011 to bring some of the finest artists from across the Channel to UK shores, including Francois & the Atlas Mountains and Moussu T e lei Jovents! Their Bleu Blanc World programme in 2011 has already seen a superb compilation covermounted with Songlines 75th edition. Keep an eye out for more bursts of musical diversity from France and beyond later this year."

They join the previously confirmed The Charlatans headlining Friday, Waterboys on Saturday, and Ian Anderson headlining Sunday, as well as Robyn Hitchcock paying tribute to Captain Beefheart, 3 Daft Monkeys, Delta Maid, ahab, The Beetroot Kings Elfynn, The Wurzels, and Neville Staple with many more still to be announced.

As always, Wychwood is a festival of not only music, but crammed full of other things to see and do, from comedy to cinema, and from workshops to the healing gardens. The Children's Lit Fest also has new names confirmed with author Matt Whyman (appearing under his other published name, Lazlo Strangolov), Steve Cole, and Simon Mason (Grubtown Tales), joining children's books authors Philip Ardagh, Ian Whybrow, Cathy Hopkins, Judith Kerr, Jeremy Strong and illustrator Korky Paul who were already confirmed.

There will also be a new area at the festival the Sculpture Gardens. For the first time Wychwood will be gathering together some of the finest artists and sculptors in the country to create a festival sculpture garden. Sculptures will include wire horses, wicker pieces and metal work by internationally exhibited sculptors, David Meredith and Michael Kusz. Michael's sculptures are full of humour, putting old copper boilers and lawnmowers to an amazing new use as birds and bats. Smaller pieces will include lifelike geckos and incredibly detailed metal insects.

Pottery will be on display and being made throughout the weekend, with lessons on how to throw on the potters wheel and tips on decorating pottery. There will also be demonstrations on Batik art and portrait painting.
