Pendulum are the latest band to be announced for the Cornwall's Eden Sessions and will headline a show in the shadow of the iconic Biomes on Saturday 25th June.

The Anglo-Australian six-piece released their third studio album 'Immersion' in 2010 and saw it hit the top of the UK charts, following the upward trend started by their 2005 debut 'Hold Your Colour' and their 2008 follow-up 'In Silico'. This year, has seen the band opening for Linkin Park on their US tour, take to the road on their own headlining North American tour and top the bill at the Future Music Festival in Australia, all before the end of March.

This year's Eden Sessions will feel more like a one-day festival than ever before, with three stages featuring some of the best up-and-coming acts playing from early afternoon on each day as well as world-famous headliners. Every Sessions ticket includes entry to Eden on the day of the show or the day after.

Pendulum join Primal Scream and The Horrors (playing on June 23), The Flaming Lips, The Go! Team and OK Go (June 30), Fleet Foxes and Villagers (July 1) and Brandon Flowers and Mystery Jets (July 12) on the line-up for the 2011 Eden Sessions. More acts will be announced shortly.

The Eden Sessions are now in their tenth year. The Sessions are famed not only for bringing top acts to Cornwall but also for their festival feel, with extra bands and entertainers playing around the site in the run-up to the main event.
