Skunk Anansie have been confirmed for this summer's Download bill.

Reformed nineties rockers Skunk Anansie fronted by the exuberant Skin will play Download Festival on the Saturday main stage before Avenged Sevenfold and System of a Down.

Deff Leppard, System of a Down, and Linkin Park will headline, with Pendulum, Korn, Alter Bridge, Disturbed, Frank Turner, Bring Me The Horizon, Bowling for Soup, Madina Lake, All That Remains, Turisas, The Devil Wears Prada, Cheap Trick, Black Stone Cherry, Thin Lizzy, Danzig, The Cult, The Gaslight Anthem, Hollywood Undead, Thin Lizzy, Black Veil Brides, Buckcherry, Twisted Sister, Down, Duff McKagans Loaded, Clutch, Bullet For My Valentine, Rob Zombie, Avenged Sevenfold and more, with new acts still to be announced. Weekend arena tickets with 3 nights camping are priced at £170, a five nights camping weekend ticket is priced at £180 and offers access to the Download camp site from midday Wednesday June 8th 2011, and a weekend only ticket without camping is priced at £140.
