Jamie XX has been announced for electronic dance festival Gottwood.

The weekend of electronic music, visual displays and festival treats will see Jamie XX make his Gottwood debut. Jamie Smith indie rocker/remixer from The xx is currently making waves with his remix of Gil Scott-Heron's seasoned blues album 'I'm New Here'.

He joins the previously announced DJ Format, A Guy Called Gerald, DJ Format, Kollektiv Turmstrasse, Round Table Knights, Phil Kieran, Lee Foss, Max Cooper, Zeds Dead, Perc, Midland, Monkey Safari, Dark Sky, Dan Beaumont, Royalty, and Matanza, with more names to be announced in coming months.

Set in a forest clearing in Anglesey, Gottwood is an underground electronic music festival in the North of England and Wales which returns for a second year from Thursday 30th June until Sunday 3rd July 2011 to the Carreglwyd Estate, in Wales.

Early Bird tickets are priced at £70. Gottwood is an over 18s event and no children will be admitted onto site.
