From 9am today tickets will go on sale for Lounge on the Farm music festival headlined by The Streets, Ellie Goulding, and Echo and the Bunnymen.

Lounge on the Farm which takes place at Merton Farm in Canterbury from Friday 8th to Sunday 10th of July 2011. This year see the festival add an outdoor Main Stage for the first time with five other stage including The Meadows Stage which this year replaces The Further Stage it will remain a haven for an eclectic mix of bands across the musical spectrum. Whilst at The Farm Folk Stage, festival-goers can laze away the day in the sun listening to bluegrass, Americana and traditional folk. The festival gives local bands and musicians a platform upon which to perform alongside established acts from round the country.

An early bird adult weekend ticket is priced at £95, youth tickets (aged 13-17 on 09/07/2011) are priced at £82.50, child ticket (aged between 6-12 on 08/07/2011) are priced at £50, family tickets which allow entrance of 2 x adults and 2 x kids (aged 6 - 12 years) are priced at £265. A campervan/mobile caravan ticket is priced at £40. Kids aged 5 or under go for a nominal fee of £1.

An adult day ticket will be priced at £45, a youth day ticket will be priced at £44, a child day ticket is priced at £35. There are also student, student groups (of 10), and teacher offers available.

There is a deposit scheme for 2011 which allows tickets to be reserved for £40 per ticket.
