Coldplay are the first act to be announced for BBK Live which takes place on the outskirts of Bilbao (north coast of Spain) from Friday 7th until Sunday 9th July 2011.

The first act to be announced sixth edition of the Bilbao BBK Live festival is Coldplay who are installed as one of the headliners.

The 40,000 capacity festival has two main stages, guaranteeing that acts won't overlap, there are two dance tents, a pop tent, a chillout area, food stalls and a campsite. Doors open at 4pm every day, and close at 3am every night.

The festival is running a promotion on the first 1,000 three day tickets for £75 including camping.
