Rhythm Festival has announced it's new home for next year's event which will be Old Warden Park, near Biggleswade, rather than it's usual home of Twinwood Arena, Clapham, in Bedfordshire.

Festival organiser Jim Driver has also returned the festival to its traditional first weekend in August from Friday 5th to Sunday 7th August 2011, so that the event will not clash with Beautiful Days and The Green Man Festival.

The festival is just booking the first headliners now and festival goers can expect an announcement straight after the New Year featuring acts from the realms of Rock, Blues, Folk, Ska and World Music on at least two music stages.

There are only a handful of 'Supersaver Adult Weekend' tickets left priced at £75 each. When they are all sold (or on 1st January, whichever comes soonest) the price rises to £99. They hope to start sending out tickets in late January, once they have the licence in place.

Anyone who bought Supersaver tickets thinking Rhythm Festival was going to be held later in August and who cannot now attend should and does require an immediate refund, they are asked to email organisers using the subject line "Rhythm Festival Refund" and giving full details of their order.

As previously reported, following events after last year's bad weather, it was impractical for both the Rhythm Festival and the venue's own Glenn Miller themed Twinwood Festival to be held at Rhythm's old home at the Twinwood Arena.
