Angelwitch, and Lawnmower Deth are the latest acts to be confirmed to rock next year's Bloodstock.

NWOBHM heroes Angelwitch make their Bloodstock debut on the Sophie Lancaster Stage this year. The 80's Brit metallers have seen a revival after the release of 2000's 'Resurrection' compilation.

Another blast from the past also make their Bloodstock debut this year, comedy Thrashers Lawnmower Deth who have also been announced for the Sophie Lancaster Stage.

Frontman/loon Qualcast Mutilator expressed his happiness at joining the 2011 line up, "How chuffed are we to be playing Bloodstock! The forums have been predicting this for several years, who says we don't listen. Well frankly we don't, I thought we were playing Woodstock, but hey, it's a field, it's full of metal, good enough for us. Bring on the party."

With classic such as 'Weeble's Wobble But They Don't Fall Down', 'Can I Cultivate Your Groinal Garden' and 'Satan's Trampoline', festival goers are in for a heavy treat, and possibly the first Kim Wilde cover in the festival's history should they decide to unleash 'Kids In America'.

They join the growing list of UK festival exclusives at Bloodstock that include the previously announced acts Therion, Mortal Angel, Immortal, Rhapsody Of Fire and Triptykon are exclusives playing over the weekend of Friday 12th until Sunday 14th August 2011 at Catton Hall, Walton-on-Trent, in South Derbyshire.

As well as the international heavy metal bands across three stages, Bloodstock offers a large selection of merchandise stalls, metal karaoke, a campsite and a wide selection of food and bars.

Early bird tickets are on sale priced at £95 for adults, and £10 for a car parking pass. As of 15th December 2010 All Bloodstock festival tickets will increase in Price. Day tickets, and child tickets are expected to be on sale at a later date.
