The End of the Road festival caters for about 5,000 people. There are four music stages, hidden stages, and music on until the early hours. Whilst the festival is suitable for families it is not specifically geared at families. There's also comedy and a cinema tent. This is a festival for music lovers, well technically a particular brand of music lover, those flavoured with indie, Americana, and folk. The audience are genuinely interested in listening to the acts, it's an old school festival with no gimmicks, no commercialism (properly none), and very few fancy dress costumes.
