Bloodstock have announced the addition of Collapse, plus a host of rising metal acts to the line-up at the 10th anniversary festival, which happens at Catton Hall, Walton-on-Trent, in South Derbyshire from Friday 13th until Sunday 15th August 2010.

Up and coming metallers Collapsehave been announced to appear on the Sophie Lancaster stage on the Friday.

Says frontman Duncan Wilkinson, "We can't wait to play Bloodstock! And on Friday the 13th too! Not only is it perfect timing for us as we've just finished in the studio, but it will also see us sharing the stage with some of our personal heroes and musical influences. Bloodstock has gone from strength to strength and this year looks set to be a real stormer. See you down the front!"

There have also been a host of new additions to the New Blood Stage including Arceye, Credit To Dementia, Lordaeron, Senturia, Splintered Soul, Under Blackened Skies, Betraeus, Grieve, Morgue Orgy, Shrapnel, and Tempestora on Friday.

ON Saturday Achren, Burn The Hive, Echoes Fall, Lithurgy, Silas, Zocalo, Aghast, Chaos Asylum, Flayed Disciple, Reism, and The Whores take to the stage.

On the final day it's the turn of Core Project, Furyon, Ishmael, Neonfly, Extreme O.D., and HeKz.

They join a line-up that includes headliners Opeth, Children Of Bodom, Fear Factory, and Twisted Sister, plus Meshuggah, GWAR, Gojira, Korpiklaani, Obituary, Suffocation, Behemoth, and more. As well as the international heavy metal bands across three stages, Bloodstock offers a large selection of merchandise stalls, metal karaoke, a campsite and a wide selection of food and bars.

Tickets are available and include camping priced at £99.95 for adults and £40 for children, and £30 for a campervan ticket, and £10 for a car parking pass. Day tickets are expected to be on sale at a later date. To buy tickets, click here.
