Lily Allen has confirmed that she'll be joining Jay-Z on the line-up for the Sunday night at this year's Wireless.

In September last year Lily Allen announced her retirement from the music industry. The exile has been short lived, with Wireless confirming today that the 'Smile' singer will be appearing on the Sunday of the event. We always thought that people with egos like her never make their own decision to fade away.

Jay-Z revealed revealed he was trying to get Lily Allen to perform with him on the last days of the Wireless festival which takes place in London's Hyde Park on from Friday 2nd until Sunday 4th July.

Lily Allen said, "I was very flattered to hear that Jay-Z wanted me to support him at Wireless and, combined with my dates in March with Dizzee Rascal, I am excited to end my current string of live shows in such prestigious company."

So far the line-up for Wireless includes The Temper Trap, Gossip, The Ting Tings, and a headline performance from P!nk all announced for the opening night of the Festival.

Tickets for Jay-Z and Lily allen at Wireless are priced at £47.50. Tickets for Friday with Pink are also on sale at the same price. To buy tickets click here.

In addition to four stages of music, Wireless 2010 will also have attractions including an acoustic band stand, a fairground, chill out areas, street theatre, performance art, markets, food stalls, beer gardens, secure lockers, and fun games.
