Heaven And Hell have been confirmed as headliners for the 10th anniversary edition of Bloodstock Open Air.

Heaven and Hell
The headlining Sunday performance will see members of Black Sabbath including Ronnie James Dio, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Vinnie Apice bringing classic Sabbath songs such as 'The Mob Rules', 'Lady Evil', 'Die Young' and 'Neon Knights' to Bloodstock.

Living legend/Guitarist Tony Iommi commented, "Great for Geezer and me to play somewhere near to home, even better to headline a legendary festival. Thanks for the opportunity!"

Bloodstock founder Paul Gregory added, "10 years of bringing the UK a metal festival that metalheads can be proud of has just been made better with the announcement of Heaven and Hell. As a fan to say I'm made up with the announcement would be the understatement of the millennium. This year Bloodstock has come of age!"

Bloodstock's 10th Anniversary will take place from Friday 13th until Sunday 15th August 2010 at Catton Hall, Walton-on-Trent, in South Derbyshire.

They join a line-up that includes headliners Children Of Bodom, and Fear Factory, plus GWAR, Gojira, Korpiklaani, Obituary, Suffocation, Behemoth, and more. Expect Bloodstock to provide a full line-up of established and unsigned metal bands. For the line-up details announced so far please click here.

As well as the international heavy metal bands across three stages, Bloodstock offers a large selection of merchandise stalls, metal karaoke, a campsite and a wide selection of food and bars.

Tickets are available and include camping priced at £99.95 for adults and £40 for children, and £30 for a campervan ticket, and £10 for a car parking pass. Day tickets are expected to be on sale at a later date. To buy tickets, click here.
