Ten Years Of ATP Festival add Devendra Banhart

Devendra Banhart, Polvo, Growing, and Josh T Pearson are amongst the latest names to be confirmed for The Ten Years Of ATP festival - a celebration of 10 years of All Tomorrow's Parties.

The full list of new acts confirmed for the birthday party are Devendra Banhart, Polvo, Growing, youm, Six Organs Of Admittance, and Josh T Pearson.

The 10 Years of ATP weekend will also be presenting Crispin Glover's Big Slideshow part 1, Show part 1? and Crispin Glover's Big Slideshow part 2 in the cinema; in which Crispin Hellion Glover performs two one hour dramatic narrations of the IT trilogy, both will be followed by a Q&A and a book signing. The event will also showcase photographer Ricky Powell. Commonly referred to as the Fourth Beastie Boy with Ricky Powell's World Famous Slideshow a personally curated photographic slide show of his career.

The festival, which will take place from Friday 11th until Sunday 13th December, 2009, has already announced Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Modest Mouse, The Breeders, Explosions in the Sky, Battles, Stephen Malkmus and The Jicks, Dirty Three, Tortoise, Shellac, Melvins, Mudhoney, The Magic Band, J Mascis and the Fog, The For Carnation, Papa M, Sunn O))) Tall Firs, Deerhoof, The Drones, Sleepy Sun, Bardo Pond, F*ck Buttons, APSE, and Alexander Tucker and Decomposed Orchestra.

ATP have a scheme where those who are struggling to afford a chalet right now can pay a third of the ticket price up front and pay the rest by the end of September.
