Happening next March in one of Europe's smallest nations - Andorra, Calvin Harris has been announced as playing a DJ set as the headline act for the first The Big Snow Festival.

Following the massive success of his latest album, 'Ready for The Weekend', Calvin is set to hit the decks and make the mountains shake on the Saturday night.

The Big Snow Festival happens at Andorra's premier ski resort, Arinsal, from Sunday 14th to Sunday 21st March 2010, with pumping beats, combined with ski and snowboard fun.

Arinsal is in the Vallnord ski area and has an altitude of 2560m ensuring snowy peaks throughout the season. From gentle, open pistes for complete rookies, to huge powder bowls and tree-lined runs for experts, the area boasts great skiing and boarding landscapes for all levels. It has 40,000 square metres of freestyle terrain, with a half-pipe, rails, kickers, boxes and a designated chill-out space.

Arinsal lies in the heart of the Pyrenees, is nestled between France and Spain and is connected to neighbouring Pal. It's three and a half hours from Barcelona and Toulouse Airport.
